Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States) We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and package dimensions.
Please Note: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we are a small, intentional brand, we deeply care about your experience. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we want to hear from you so we can make it right.
Our Return Window We accept returns on unaltered, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Get in Touch: To initiate a return, please contact us directly via our Contact Us page or email us at hello@houseandhall.com with your order number.
- Tell Us Why: Please let us know the reason for your return—your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue to refine our products.
- Shipping Your Item Back: For domestic US orders, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the return postage. For international returns, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card processor to post the transaction.
